try a bit of salt and pepper with some dried chilli flakes. has a bit of kick to it which also speeds up your metabolism

mini milk ice creams are always good, only 30 calories per ice cream and low in fat, good for a treat also. not sure what the sugar content is though.

why don't you try bubble and squeak, mash cooked potaoes and veg (carrots, broc etc) together fry in a small amount of oil and some extra light mayonaise and then grill until crisps on top. or try cauliflower cheese just don't to over bored on the cheese sauce
