They are just speed! I took them several years ago and lost 20 pound while being a sleepless jittery mess, then I gained 50 in 6 months. I would never even consider taking them again. It's not worth it. Change your life, forget about the scale for awhile, change your eating habits, count your calories, take a walk…

When I started I had my calories set at lose 1 and 1/2 pound a week, but really only lost 1/2 pound a week at those calories. Just be patient, I was although not without my cheat days too. Maybe 1 every two weeks at a 500 calorie overage too. I am 40 pounds down now.

I like to roast cauliflower in the oven with sea salt, paprika and shredded sharp cheddar until the cheese looks lightly browned and bubbly. I also slice zucchini like fries and bake with sea salt, or I put a bunch of mushrooms in a foil packet and bake. Hmmm.... I also like baked sliced portabella mushroom caps (roasted)…

I'm sorry, but 30% of people walking around where I live ARE obese, and I used to be one of them. It is a problem. Manufacturers put high fructose cornsyrup in almost all processed foods. Maybe we could start addressing the problem with that.

I started going last summer and I couldn't believe I hadn't gone before!!! The tomatoes were amazing! I work with a lot of wonderful gardners and that has inspired me to try some tomato plants of my own this summer. Tip: I was told to plant marigolds around the bed to keep pests and small animals way.

Best as in taste, or best as in health? In taste - real sugar (white) or sweet n' low for me Healthwise? - none :), or honey, or Turbinado (raw sugar) Stevia tastes bitter to me, and by the time they isolate the reb-a in the plant and refine it, it's still pretty processed. I have never tried agave nectar - that could work…

This is the same way I have lost 38 pounds, but I do drink one diet coke a day with my lunch. I would never have been successful if I hadn't been able to still have a donut or pizza once in awhile. My calorie allowance is smaller though. I would say 1500-1800 a day has worked for me, obviously the 1800 hundred on the days…

look up the pixel of ink website - they will email you lists of free kindle book everyday, and not all in the top 100 list, so possibly harder to locate yourself if you have the old school kindle, like I do.

I think people like to think that things have to be complicated or mysterious to actually work. If they are not, people can't justify not getting the results they want, when they want them. Just my own opinion and a little self reflection.

I read an article awhile back about overeating (sorry don't remember the source, so take this at whatever it's worth to you), anyway, it said that the first bite is always the best and that people overeat chasing the high of the first bite. So I make an effort to eat that first bite very slowly. It seems to help me.

I would get your blood sugar checked. I am hardly a poster child for those sorts of problems, yet I have them. I was overweight, but not obese, I am pear shaped, not apple shaped and there is no history of these problems in my family. I found out I am insulin resistant (or was). Also, if I drink diet soda I am hungry…

The Wal-Mart in my area just started selling ALIVE! by Nature's Way, I used to work at a nice healthfood store that sold them for twice Wal-Mart's price, and I recently started taking them again. They contain actual fruits and veggies, not just chemical vitamins. They are 1 calorie apiece.

I had this problem a long time ago when I took phentermine, I will tell you that after I stopped the phentermine it started to grow back.

You can look at the nutrition breakdown under settings and it should break down your vitamin A, C, Iron and some others. You could decide if you want to, using that info. It's easier to look at on the iphone mobile app than on the website, because it's all on one report. However, I believe you can look at each thing…
