Staple Foods in your Cupboards!

I'm just curious to know what your staple foods are in your kitchen - you know, the things you keep on hand because they're either fast or cheap or easy or delicious - whatever! I want to get some new ideas to spice up my meals

garlic, onions, sweet potatoes, oregano, basil, cumin, red pepper flakes. Lots of veggies. Eggs. Spring Mix. Chicken Filets and cans of tuna and/or sardines, lemons and plain yoghurt.0

I personally don't eat processed foods so the only things I have in my cupboard are raw nuts (presoaked and dried) and protein powder (by Sun Warrior). Everything else is in the fridge or freezer.0

I can't think of anything else at the moment. Just fresh, organic & raw foods. Yum!0

This is what I need, not my husband: greek yogurt, frozen strawberries, blueberries, organic milk, onions, garlic, eggs, string cheese, laughing cow wedge lower fat cheeses, Multigrain Wasa Crispbread, frozen chopped spinach, broccoli florets , vanilla whey protein powder, Salsa, cheddar cheese , I'd prefer lower fat, natural peanut butter, coffee made one cup at a time things, with the Mini-moo creamers from Land of Lakes, herbs and seasonings, lemon juice in a bottle, Splenda, Balsamic Vinegar , whole grain breads, and pasta, parmesan cheese, garbanzo beans, frozen green beans, tomatoes in can, bell peppers, cayenne, ......... dried beans , cabbage, flax seed, ... more ... salmon, canned tuna, beef, chicken.
Frozen dinners like breaded chicken breast with broccoli & cheese.. real easy , we buy at Sam's club.0 -
