I'm just curious to know what your staple foods are in your kitchen - you know, the things you keep on hand because they're either fast or cheap or easy or delicious - whatever! I want to get some new ideas to spice up my meals :)

I personally don't eat processed foods so the only things I have in my cupboard are raw nuts (presoaked and dried) and protein powder (by Sun Warrior). Everything else is in the fridge or freezer.

This is what I need, not my husband: greek yogurt, frozen strawberries, blueberries, organic milk, onions, garlic, eggs, string cheese, laughing cow wedge lower fat cheeses, Multigrain Wasa Crispbread, frozen chopped spinach, broccoli florets , vanilla whey protein powder, Salsa, cheddar cheese , I'd prefer lower fat, natural peanut butter, coffee made one cup at a time things, with the Mini-moo creamers from Land of Lakes, herbs and seasonings, lemon juice in a bottle, Splenda, Balsamic Vinegar , whole grain breads, and pasta, parmesan cheese, garbanzo beans, frozen green beans, tomatoes in can, bell peppers, cayenne, ......... dried beans , cabbage, flax seed, ... more ... salmon, canned tuna, beef, chicken.

Frozen dinners like breaded chicken breast with broccoli & cheese.. real easy , we buy at Sam's club.
