I think you are doing really good!! By looking at your diary I would say that you might want to up your protein just a bit, especially since you are active, that isn't enough. You can go into your goals and change it so that a higher percentage of your calories are coming from protein instead of carbohydrates. At any rate,…

I just subtract a calorie/min that I exercised from what my heart rate monitor says... it works for me... probably not a huge deal either way

Especially if you are trying to stay under yur macros on carbs, you really can't eat too much fruit, which is a shame. At least if i'm going to indulge in fruit, it's something that is good for me

Nikki, I did read it, but I'm stubborn lol... once I get to my goal weight I will concentrate more on this, but in the meantime im just making sure to get in plenty of protein to fuel my muscles. Makes sense in my head lol

Unfortunately I didn't really follow the book when it came to eating, because I still wanted to lose weight. I do 10 min of cardio before and after the weight lifting part, and I wear my heart rate monitor through it all. I have a whey protein shake after that's about 190 cals and if i burned more than that, then i try to…

I did this for a little bit until I started gaining weight. It's easier just to track them because the calories really add up and I like to keep track of the amount of carbs i'm eating

Maybe you just need to plan your calories around having a treat at work, since you can't seem to stay away from it. I guess the key would just be to eat it in moderation, and keep other healthy snacks around to make u feel full.
-
Maybe you aren't eating the right things or eating too few calories when you are tracking, so then you feel too hungry. Hard to say without knowing any information.

All of the exercise type games for the various consoles are fun and a way for you to get active with the kids. When I do Wii zumba, my nephew just dances right along side me
