I am only 4ft 11 tall so my BMI is over 30 so I am overweight. My goal calories is 1200 per day and I tend to gain 150 - 200 extra for exercise per day. I do log accurately as I weigh a lot of my foods. I don't like veg so eat a lot of fruit about 3-5 of my 5 a day.

Go for a nice long walk after the meal. Enjoy the meal but don't go overboard. I will be enjoying some easter treats once i finish work!! Have Fun x.

I would go for lime and soda, then you can pretend there is vodka in it!! Oherwise half pure orange and diet lemonade, that really nice and refreshing especially as it has been a nice day today (hope it has been wherever you are)

Thanks Guys, I weight about 11 stone at the moment, so i am going to give it a go and even if i only lose 7 pounds i will be happy!

Completely agree. I always want more! try to stop at 3-4 pints but that still 600-800 calories!!! over half my days allowance

As long as you are losing the inches then be happy! With all that exercise you will be gaining muscle weight. x Keep up the good work!

Thanks, I generally try to eat chicken, maybe a sausage, small piece of fish, jacket potato and 1 desert. I try to avoid chips and too much ice cream.

Try monitoring yourself by inches lost, rather than weight loss for a while. You may find that you are putting on weight because you are gaining muscle which can weigh 4 times more than fat especially if you have been doing lots of exercise.
