I checked out your food dairy, your calories look good, but your carbs and sugars are very high. In my opinion, you should try to lower your carbs and your sugars along with your calories. I also have hypothyroidism. My skin on my face is very dry and my nails peel like onions. I did not see any weightloss, but I did feel much better and had more energy. I really liked it.

I have used the whole body cleanse from GNC. I used the cleanse because I had been having yeast infection in my ears. It is in pill form and easy to take. It did not keep me in the bathroom and helped regulate bowel movements. Afterward, my infection did leave and I was happy with the way I felt. Good Luck!

I looked up the calories burned on the internet, which was 300 cals for the 20 min work out and just added to my exercises. If anyone has any other ideas, I would be glad to see what others have done. You can go to the tab--Exercise and then click ---my exercises and add it. :glasses:

I usually excersie @ 7PM for about an hour. I also walk one mile a day during my planning period at school. I feel better and sleep better after I excersice at night.:happy:

I actually thought that too. However, I seem to make smarter choices when it comes to meal and snack time and I do not feel hungry. I also drink a lot of flavored water and green tea. I hate drinking plain water. I think the charting helps and keeps me from being so hungry.

I just started the 30 day shred tonight. It kicked butt! I am really going to enjoy this workout. I also walk a mile a day on the treadmill. Hopefully, this will help reach my weightloss goal. :smile:
