Just started to help me lose the last 5 pounds.

I have never charted my calories before. Is there a way to increase the goal calories of the day? I think the computer's idea of my goal is too low. Thanks!

    I actually thought that too. However, I seem to make smarter choices when it comes to meal and snack time and I do not feel hungry. I also drink a lot of flavored water and green tea. I hate drinking plain water. I think the charting helps and keeps me from being so hungry.

    You get higher numbers (cals. etc.) if you exercise. That's what got ME exercising! :wink: :laugh: I wanted MORE food! :wink:

    Yes go to your home then click on Goals then go to customize and change your intake for the day to the number you want (I keep mine at 1430)
