Hello everyone. I was wondering how you log in your exercise when you do 30 day shred? I don't know if I am missing something or what but I want to make sure I am doing it properly. Thanks for your help!!

I know right, I can't figure out how to log kettle bell routine...
  • I looked up the calories burned on the internet, which was 300 cals for the 20 min work out and just added to my exercises. If anyone has any other ideas, I would be glad to see what others have done. You can go to the tab--Exercise and then click ---my exercises and add it. :glasses:

I've just been logging it as 20 minutes of Circuit Training, general.

"Circuit training - general" is what I use.
