Hello there!
I am on the journey on getting toned and fit. I just had a baby 5months ago and I had racked up 55pounds. I have be able to drop down to 183 right now but my goal is to get to 165 by May! Can I do it????? I hope I can:wink: . Well my plan is to watch what I eat and exercise when the baby allows me...
I hope to stay motivated and I am glad I came across this site. I have started logging in my food diary and my exercise regime as well.
So watch and join me in losing this weight!!!!!:flowerforyou:

  • Welcome to this site...I have been on here for a couple of days and I am amazed at what I have found out about myself. The food diary is a wonderful tool.. I will be using it everyday. I hope you reach your goals. Melissa:wink:
