I love greek yoghurt. Only recently discovered the stuff after reading a few posts on here about it and decided to get a pot just to see what all the fuss was about. I'm now completely converted. I enjoy mine with about 25g of oats and a generous drizzle of honey. Yummy

I weight train once a week which I make myself go to. They run a body pump class at my local gym so i've been going to that for few months. First class was impossible didn't know what weights to use and had visions of me dropping barbell on my foot...but after just that one session I noticed a really huge difference so…

I completely understand. When I first started the gym five years ago I felt like I was on show. The regulars were on the machines for hours and I struggled to last over two minutes. Was so embarassed!! But kept at it and now i'm one of the regulars; not just attending the gym but also take part in the spin, zumba, aerobics…

Don't think it's possible for woman to bulk up too much using weights unless steroids are used. Womans bodies just aren't made that way. I do alot of weight lifting down gym; have noticed i've toned up much more but not bulked up. Don't do a lot of reps just tend to lift as heavy a weight as I can manage.

I spin once a week and thoroughly enjoy it. Infact thinking of doing another couple of classes next week. Sessions are only as hard as you want them to be because your in control of the tension on the bike. It also burns a serious amount of calories which is always good.

Love bagels especially covered in a bit of peanut butter after a morning run. Helps repair muscles to after exercise. WIN-WIN :-)

Think it depends more on where the sugar is coming from rather than how much. The sugar from fruit can easily send you over the MFP allowance for a day but it's healthy calories. Whereas cakes and biscuits are packed with bad added sugars which slow down digestion. My advice would be to only loosely take notice of the…

Like you I drink a lot of green tea...more perhaps because of it's antioxident qualities...can't say the taste really blows me away. But do enjoy Chai tea..it's got kind of a cinnamon taste.

I used to have this problem but then discovered Body Pump class. Just an hour a week has certainly made a difference. My abs feel instantly tighter after one workout. Cant praise weight training enough....just grit your teeth when your doing it.
