I started off with a lot of cardio....then wanted to start with the weights. I have done both weight machines and free weights and I def prefer free weights. I follow a schedule from muscleandstrength.com. They have weight lifting workouts for women on there and I really like it.

I've just started doing a class at my gym called Turbokick and she says she does a lot from Turbofire....all I can say is I'm pretty darn sore! When I sit down.....WHOA !! I know I was working because my hamstrings are very sore. Looking forard to some good results.

You are not alone....I am the same way. If I go into try something on I am rarely happy about it. First of all you'd think they would put better lighting in the fitting rooms because no matter which store they're all the same, not very flattering at all. I weigh myself every Tuesday morning before getting into the shower. I figure if I had a crazy weekend by Tuesday my body should be somewhat regulated. Its just become a routine now.

I do weigh myself because as it was said previously it's part of our lives. You know its going to add a little for bloatness/water so it should come off again, it does for me anyway.

I use I can't Believe spray at times but I also use Brummel & Brown, its made with real yogurt and tastes really good.

Boy, do I know how you feel. I am 5'1 my heaviest weight was 161lb but after a lot of hard work I have almost reached my goal. We're all here to motivate each other....wish you much success on your goal.

I would agree with what people are have already said. Definetly drink A LOT of water and more fresh veggies and fruits. Planning your meals may help you until you get things going.
