Just remember you can become healthy, that is the goal NOT someone's or society's perception of what skinny or beauty is... however when these guys are 35, 40ish (and trust me on this) you will still have your hair, most of them won't. Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred is great!! And she has other DVD's that you can graduate to as well... and/or add weight to to build lean muscle, like hand, wrist and ankle weights etc. Just a thought. Good luck!

10/17/11 Up 1.4 pounds to 220. Went to Tunica gambling and drinking/eating out this week and AF is due this week. I am up 1.4 pounds and I am not sure the drinking and eating out is worth it.
