Good job!!!!!!!! Keept it up!!!! I thought I had gaind last week my weigh in day is fri but i lost 2 more pounds for a total of 26 since nov!!!! My husbands coming home from Iraq and is going to be so surprised :happy: :drinker:

I do that too...or i have bottles of water in every room haha ....when i get the urge to eat i chug water,,,,,,,that usually helps!!

Welcome!! I cant do slimfast...It doesnt fill me up I still want to eat tons even after a shake .... Glad you can though :smile: I love fruits and veggies thats my thing!!

I used to work at Curves and we would measure BEFORe working out cause when you workout your mucles swell so i dont know if that would make you heavier.. But i usually weigh first thing in the morning!!
