My First 3 weeks

Hello All-
Started on MFP on 8/6/09 and just weighed in.....total of 9 lbs. pounds lost so far!!!! I've been working out min. of 30 minutes a day and eating at a target of 1200 cal a day. Drinking H20 like it's going out of style as well. I feel unbelievable and hasve noticed a big difference in energy and better nights sleep. My goal is a total loss of 30 pounds but if I get to 35 pounds lost I will be a happy camper! Love reading these message boards and seeing the stregnth of companionship here.

    Good job!!!!!!!! Keept it up!!!! I thought I had gaind last week my weigh in day is fri but i lost 2 more pounds for a total of 26 since nov!!!! My husbands coming home from Iraq and is going to be so surprised :happy: :drinker:
