  • oh man i have been considering a spinning class as well but have been hesitant since the last class i tried was Zumba and it was MONUMENTALLY embarrassing! LOL! Maybe I'll give it a shot...everyone had a first class once anyway right?! Good luck!! :)

  • oh no no I definatley would appreciate the advice!! It is horrible to walk for 10 minutes and feel like ive run 10 miles. It's very embarrassing and is mentally blocking me from wanting to exercise!
  • i JUST got done with the same problem!! do something (ANYTHING) to keep your mind off eating!! i won't lie i divulged in some chocolate but felt way worse when i was done then i did without it!! Once a mo. won't kill you-just make sure you give in in moderation!! :)
  • i did the same thing on WW. My sister and i would go binge right after our meetings. the trouble was-cheat days turned into "cram as much fat into my mouth as possible in a 24 hour period" days.   • Sabra Hummus and the sandwich thins! they are like hamburger buns but way thin so they are only 100 calories per bun and the hummus is 70 cals for 4 Tbls and is SOO yummy!! :)
  • one thing i noticed when i get the munchies late at night-is it's the repetitiveness that you crave. the hand to mouth habit. i think one good thing to fix it is celery with a little bit of ranch. the ranch might not be the best thing for you but everything in moderation!! and it's better then a bag of chips!! ;) good…
