Teeeeechinally tortillas are a type of flat bread and if you've ever made them you know they are made from dough... Pizza dough is just slightly tweaked bread dough rolled out and comes in tons of varieties including thin. And i always order thin crust. So to me, tortilla ... thin crust. Same dang thing. They're the same thing! Your diet is what you eat; good or bad, 3000 cal or 500 cal, vegan or meat eater. You're diet is what you eat no matter what, the way to lose weight is to change your diet to include a deficit. But I get the question, so yes, I plan on changing my diet to a healthier one for life!

Nooo not all fifty were since just June! lol I lost about half that before MFP and stalled so I joined to help keep me going!! Its worked! :) Once I got a couple lbs within my goal I changed my ticker to read my total loss instead of just MFP loss...

Even just the title on this thread makes me laugh. Therefore, yeah, I'd avoid that class.
