Are there any negative side effects to taking the green coffee extract?

Haha thanks :) I'll do more research and see if it's worth it.

Sweet orange chunks sprinkled with salt are actually really good. Same with tomatoes.

carrots and hummus! sweet and salty right there.

Totally the same thing here! Never ripped my pants but have had many cases of chub rub. I never wear skirts anymore without spandex or something now. I would LOVE to know the feeling of my thighs not touching!

Has a great six pack :)

I personally love the elliptical - can turn up the resistance and flip the magazine page for as long as you want! It's such a great burn, too, and it keeps tracks of your calories (usually about 10cals/min for me). I hate the treadmill because I always feel like I'm going to fall off - I'd rather run outside.

I use Shaklee Cinch - they have several different flavors, too!

I have ALWAYS hated drinking water and can go all day without a glass. When I do drink it, it has to be ice cold or I will gag on it! I also counted coffee or tea as water since it IS still water, with just add-ins lol. But now that I'm healthier I force myself to drink water or have it with meals, but I still find it very…

1200 calorie consumption goal per day, with a goal weight loss of 2 lbs weekly.

If the scale is there I use it! I'll stick it away and weigh myself in a month - right before I leave for Spain for a year! I'm sure I'll see progress :)

Done! Eight 25s off a stair. Tomorrow I'm doing a step and sculpt class so we'll see how much I regret it haha.

Yeah protein powder with plain water is nasty... I use light organic soy milk and a cup or so of frozen fruit with my Shaklee Cinch strawberry protein powder, plus the Shaklee Physique banana protein powder. It's been a month and I've lost 6 inches!

Yep, almost never eat cereal because 1) it gets soggy so fast and I have to throw out the whole bowl or feel like I'm going to barf, and 2) I'm starving an hour later!

Yep I hate raw onions too, but cooked onions are great! Especially onion rings :) Otherwise I'm not a huge fan of brussel sprouts, but anything else is good to go!

Only a few weeks! I think cardio and targeting the legs works best for cellulite.
-
I have been doing the elliptical at 8 resistance for half an hour, plus exercise classes, and have noticed that my cellulite has diminished slightly.

I'm on 1200 calories per day too but I found that it helps if you wait until lunch time to eat - however I'm a student and off for the summer and have the luxury of sleeping in if I want to.... I work out from 9-11 in the mornings and found that exercising really puts off my hunger, especially with drinking so much water…

My starting weight on June 19, 2012 was probably about 188 and today it was 183.6. I've also lost 3.5 inches and everybody has said that they can see some results already! :)
