I've been dieting for a little over three months now, and have lost over 25lbs. This is the first time I'm noticing such a drastic change so quickly. I'm not eating high sodium foods, and drink at least 100oz of water a day. It's just weird, lol.

5'3" HW: 222lbs CW: 206.5lbs as of 06/06/14 GW1 (07/01/14): 195lbs GW2 (08/01/14): 187lbs GW3 (09/15/14): 180lbs And then ultimately, just keep losing weight until I hit 125lbs!

Anyone? Is 30 minutes of sweat one day and 30 minutes of sculpt the next day enough? Should I be doing more cardio to get the most out of it?

I also sometimes have an unsupportive FH. He tells me that he's "proud" of me for dieting, but he constantly tries to get me to eat out with him and shoves his food in my face to have a bite. I always hear that buying a food scale is a great investment and that weighing your food is the best way to know exactly how many calories you are eating. That being said, I'm way too lazy to weigh all my food, lol! Let us know how it goes!

Don't deprive yourself of things you like! It takes a little bit to see change depending on a lot of factors - sodium, starting weight, etc. Don't get yourself down! Keep going! You can do it :)

I am definitely a stress eater. I've gained about 20lbs since I started my job, and it's extremely difficult to have the motivation to eat healthy. 1200 is already pretty low. So I would try to eat the calories added on. Just try your best. BTW, fats don't make you fat. too many calories make you fat, but you don't have to worry about that. 1600 is nothing, especially if you are exercising.

plan your meals out in advance to meet your daily calorie goals. have a bigger breakfast w/ eggs and meat, lunch sounds good, and maybe have some meat / pasta for dinner. and more snacks. if you aren't hungry, force yourself. you're fine going over protein and fat. focus on your calories right now. your body will not be…

you're having 500 calories a day?? not only is that unhealthy, but you may have an eating disorder. i would talk to a doctor or nutritionist. perhaps eating throughout the entire day may help - healthy snacks like peanuts, fruit, etc. be safe.

veggie burgers - yumm! and maybe start with some stretching, or parking further away from the store - a little bit counts :)

Don't forget muscle weighs more than fat. You should try taking your measurements. The scale may not change, but you may be losing inches. Also, don't get discouraged! It's going to take time :)

Me and another family member have tried teaching her that saying things like that are mean. She just laughed and walked away. She's told my mom before that she hates ugly people, and if people are ugly they should know (like me!). I don't know. Her parents aren't the greatest role models...
