Do I need to supplement my Power 90 work out?

Hi! Right now, I'm doing the Beach Body Power 90 series. It's about 30 minutes 5-6 times a week - cardio one day and weights the next. Is this enough? Should I be supplementing with additional cardio? I'm not sure if I'm having any success with it. I do sweat a lot, but then again, my apartment is like a freaking sauna. Advice? Thanks!

    Anyone? Is 30 minutes of sweat one day and 30 minutes of sculpt the next day enough? Should I be doing more cardio to get the most out of it?
