    Hi, Johnston City Il here! Just signed up about a week ago on MFT. Starting off kind of bad. I don't eat very ofton but when I do it all bad high calorie. Hoping to start doing better if I track myself but I love food and eating out. Wecome and good luck!:smile::smile:

    I'm from Mt. Zion, a smallish town of about 5,000 people next to Decatur if you've heard of it. Woo Central Illinois! I moved to the Seattle area of Washington state though a year and a half ago (hubby is in the Navy and he got based in Bremerton, WA then in Everett, WA). I miss Illinois a lot, I don't care for Washington at all.



    Hey Barbara, I'm in (south) Decatur. I moved away to South Carolina and back to Peoria, IL, but now back in Decatur - where the family is located.
