I've read that you need to step on the scale a couple times because the calibration might be off the first time. Usually when I do it I have no problems. However, today I weighed myself 6 times in a row and each time my weight was different by 0.6 lbs. Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks.

How's Everyone Doing?
I've been stuck on the same weight for last week or so, and it didn't help that I ate over 3,000 calories yesterday. Luckily, I did level one of 30 day shred yesterday (if that makes any difference). But today, I've been doing well so far :) Hope all is well with you guys!!

I've lost over 15lbs, but no one seems to notice...

What's really wrong with them? People have been eating them for decades. I understand that the salt content may be high, but i you drink enough water, shouldn't it be ok? What happens if you have a busy lifestyle, and all you can grab are the processed frozen dinners / snacks? Just confused.

Stairs vs Elliptical
So, I was told that if I wanted to burn fat / calories I should use an elliptical. And for toning my butt and thighs, that's when I use the stair climber. Is this correct? For some reason, I feel like I get a heavier workout on the stairs though (sweating more, but not sure about heart rate). Thanks.

I am so confused. I used a calculator online and found that my bmr is 1704 and my tdee is 2045 (for a sedentary lifestyle). I'm 5'3" and 200lbs. What in the world does that mean? I am eating on average about 1200 calories a day. Is that not enough?
