Hi. I'm not really new, but I did give up for a long time and now I am back. I am at my highest weight that I have ever been (200lbs) and I am 5'3", so I am very unhealthy. And the worst part is that it's wedding season, and I am going to be in a few weddings - hate being the fattest bridesmaid! Trying my best to work out and count calories. Right now, I am eating a lot of Lean Cuisines and Healthy Choices meals, but I know that the sodium in that can be troublesome. My long-term goal is to be back to how I was in undergrad (125lbs). Wish me luck!
