I find that my fiance and I feed off each other... like if im working out everyday and eating healthy he will start doing the same. And vice versa... stay strong and set a good example! He may just start doing the same and then will be there to motivate you when you need it! goodluck!

the doctor put me on the 1200 calorie diet, it is definitely less than what I was eating before and was hard adjusting too, but im starting to get used to it.

yeah this is true... i have some other factors like an underactive thyroid and medications im dealing with right now so my energy level is incredibly low. im having some more blood work done and hopefully, we can sort out this issue, but ill get there and I am working on increasing my exercise.. hope it helps =)

I would love love love to lose 50lbs by then... Im just scared its not completely doable for me =/ I have been on a strict 1200 cal diet for the past 3 wks and have only lost two lbs... but even if i keep that up and lose 20-30 lbs it would be much better than nothing at all! So im in it!!! IN IT TO WIN IT! =P

yes, my mom did advise eating it toasted & keeping it frozen! I think I will just keep eating it and hope to grow more accustomed to the taste. Im not really a picky eater and I find that if I eat new foods a few times they grow on me! This bread is supposedly very healthy so we'll see what happens! thanks for the input =)

sounds like a really good/fun/motivating idea! I did that with a group of my girlfriends before but we just did "most weight lost." At the end we never weighed in or followed through but we were all the skinniest I ever remember any of us being!

So I just discovered 1/2 cup of oatmeal fills me up like no other!! I really am going to try to start incorporating it for at least one meal a day!

Thanks for all the input. I had been looking at the polar line and think I will go ahead and get one to try it out! It can't hurt and any extra motivation is always a great benefit!! :D

sometimes when i have the urge to stress eat, i go into another room and read to try and get out of the environment and occupy my mind with something else.

Thanks! Since I started tracking my calories I haven't had any soda. I prefer to eat my calories and have some sense of fullness and satisfaction from them. Zumba is pretty big down here... I might have to try it out.

Thanks, I feel like I will be successful this time around because my main motivation behind this is my health, whereas, in the past I would want to lose weight for more superficial reasons i suppose!
