I notice similar symptoms. I haven't gotten to where it doesn't freak me out too much yet though. Haha. I also have been battling high blood pressure since my youngest was born 13 months ago and just recently began focusing on my health again

I lost about 50 pounds and was down to 145 for our wedding on 2012. Immediately got pregnant and gained it all back plus some. Pre pregnancy: 199 End: 240 Current-4 weeks pp: 212 Ultimate goal: 140 Waiting on my 6vweek checkup to do much for exercise as I had a csection but working on my diet right now and hoping to make some more progress until I can really start moving again

Baby #2 one month ago and have 10 pounds to lose from that pregnancy but about 50 more from my 1st pregnancy! Working on tracking calories first then cleaning up my diet and working in exercise when I am cleared by my doc next month. Add me! :)

I have never had an actual waist. Always been a rectangle. I just am a fuller or flatter rectangle depending on my weight haha

I agree! I was so disappointed by Twilight. And until it's remade (fingers crossed haha) I'll always have to live with Robert Pattinson (sp) as Edward and his silly shimmering. A 4 year old could have come up with a better job than that!!! haha. sorry, that's my rant for the day. :flowerforyou:

There are lots of videos and stuff you can find online or else your ball should have come with some things. when I had mine I mainly found a handful of exercises I liked with it and did those. (it works btw!) Or, depending on the height of your computer desk you could swap your chair for you ball and work on your core even…

You can do shadow boxing, just sit on the edge of a seat or corner of a bed or anything really and you can twist and punch and move your upper body. Surprisingly gets your heart going and gets you sweating.
