  • i drink Iced Coffee every day. I make 6oz of coffee (either espresso or strong) then add in 1/2c of either Almond or Coconut milk, 2 packs of sweet and low, and 1 tbs of ID cream (you could use sugar free/fat free for even less calories) into a cub of ice. I shake then add my coffee. It is less then 70 calories

  • I understand where you are coming from. Early last year I started a diet and only taking in the amount of calories you do a day as well. Yes, I lost a good amount of weight. But I hit a plateau very early and I started gaining it back quickly plus some. A few weeks in my body started to feel very fatigued. Also, with that…
  • I am 5'2" and I would be happy getting to 140-150.
  • I have told strangers, my parents, sister, friends how much I weigh. I will not tell my husband. He weighs more then me but he is quite a bit taller then me and the weight difference is about 13 lbs. When I was pregnant the nurse slipped and told my weight out loud, I then quickly looked at my husband to see his reaction…
  • Hey there! I have been using MFP since June and I am down 20 lbs (17 lbs since logging weight). I am 34 with an infant son. I lost a good amount of weight before I found out I was pregnant then gained at least 30 lbs of it back. Feel free to add me. I still have a ways to go, at least 40 more lbs.
  • Thank you for sharing this with us! You look great! I can not weight to get there myself! I can't wait to wear white pants again! haha!
  • I also have a problems keeping my sodium where it is supposed to be. Like you all I don't eat canned soups and I don't add salt to anything! I also can eat not so great and my sodium levels be low that day and eat really well the next and my sodium levels be up. I also work out at least 5 times a week. I could do better…
  • You have came to a good place for inspiration and motivation! I am on day 52 of MFP. I log everything I eat, every day. You absolutely can do this! There is nothing wrong with taking small steps and making shorter goals to reach those long term goals. I wish you much success!
  • I log everything! Keeping myself accountable has really worked for me! Also see how much weight others have lost has been inspirational and motivational! I also exercise 5-7 days a week. I usually do Zumba. I stay at or below my calorie go and watch my other macro-nutrients. I have joined a few groups to add to my…

  • It feels like mine have also gotten bigger! haha ...maybe they aren't changing but the area around them is getting smaller.
  • When I lost weight the first try, I lost around 20 lbs (the found out I was pregnant) and went from a size 18 to size 14. I think it will take me longer this time for some reason to go down a size or 2 in clothes because of where I am losing the weight from. For some reason it is from different areas this time around. I am…
  • When I was working retail I was on my feet a lot too. Sometimes 10 to 11 hours with only 1 30min break. The last thing on my mind was working out haha! One of the reasons why I try to work out every day now is because IF I lose a significant amount of weight I have this silly fear that will look like the guy from Austin…
  • I meant I do one or other daily.. both almost daily haha
  • At least 5 times a week but usually 6. I also have an 8 month old to carry around. My husband likes to walk so I do that with him too. It doesn't sound like nothing to me! Walking is great exercise!
