Lost 7.2lbs in July! Started intermittent fasting in this last week with some crazy results- It puts me just shy of my ulitmate goal weight of 130 which is better than I could have hoped!
Congrats to everyone who lost weight in any amount this month- it's a step in the right direction no matter how big or small your loss was!!0 -

End of Month (7/31 Thur): Weighed in one day earlier (Wed)as I had a scale. End of Month Weight 150.
A small weight loss of 1.2 pounds.
Many many NSVs this month: Needed to put new belt holes on all my belts. Needed size 10 pants to replace the 12's. Removed all size large tops and now wear only medium and size 12. I lost 1" on waist, 1.5 " on chest.
Nutrition: Eating the cleanest I ever had since back in the the days when I just use to et this way without thinking about it or logging my food. Just had my annual chexkup, another year of all excellent: HR, BP, LDL-HDL, sugar.
Numbers goal: Really want to break 150..... and lower my body fat%.

I'm very pleased with my results. My average daily calories for the month were 2280 which proved to me that I can eat a LOT and still lose a decent amount of weight.

Very happy with the results and I know that being part of this group was part of the success! Now, the challenge of no internet for a few weeks, and no log-ins! Yikes, I have become dependent on knowing how many calories I am eating!0 -
I lost 5.2 in July; 8.2 since June 26 -- but weight loss really slowed down in second half of the month, despite fact that I kept up exercise and diet plan. Guess I hit a set point and need to work harder in August.
