I wish that my parents or teachers had really explained the importance of health and fitness rather than stressing that I would be happy focussing on a high end career with a huge amount of pressure. I wish I had understood that I should have done something I loved and enjoyed.

Heart rate monitor is a good shout. Sometimes difficult to find in koh samui haha but I will go to a powerbuy and if not next time I am in Bangkok will keep it in mind. Thanks :-)

Is it similar to work outs that you have done in the past? Is there much difference?

What equipment did you buy in order to set it up at home? I know my PT said he trained a few people at home already.

Yeah I was going three times a week to start with but I have cut it down to twice a week as I was just always tired.

Thanks Fran. I have been a few times now and I really like it. I'm not 100 percent sure on my trainer as I don't think we seem to get on but I'm going to stick with it. :-)

I honestly am eating a calorie deficit every day. I am not even cheating the system. I also work out and use fit bit. Is lipo a really bad option do you think? Its really getting me down.

Go to you tube and listen to some of the tony robbins stuff. That really helped me want to lose weight xx

Hahahahahaha these comments are epic thanks guys. I will take it as err not worth reading but I might change to the 6 meals per day at 200 calories as it will stop my need for snacking if I meal prep better. Thanks for the funny comments though. x
