New and looking for Motivation and Support :)

Hi, I am 22 and weigh 193 lbs. I really want to loose weight for myself, I don't like looking at pictures of myself, and really don't like what I see in the mirror. I would love to change that. My long term weight loss goal is between 40-50 lbs. I am eating at a 500 calorie deficit to loose about 1 lbs a week. I am looking for friends for support and motivation for those difficult days and cravings. Thank you :)
