I have been using this recipe for a long time... but didnt know about the peanut butter/cool whip frosting... YUMMY! I add a Tablespoon of water.

How about a protein shake? Sounds like you need more protein. I had this problem too... except it was in the afternoon... I would be ready to eat EVERYTHING by 11:30am. Someone suggested that I include a little peanut butter in my breakfast (on toast, on a banana). It totally worked.

My best friend swears that Organic Apple Cider Vinegar has cured her acid reflux. She took Rx strength medication for years... then read somewhere that a teaspon of Organice Apple Cider Vinegar would help with heart burn. 6 years and never back on medication. No heart burn.
