I need support

Here's the scoop. About a year and a half ago I lost 30 lbs doing weight watchers. I reached lifetime membership and feel off the wagon. I have since gained about 7 lbs of that back and am stuck at the place I was stuck at while on my ww journey for 6 months. I know what I need to do, I just don't do it.
I need to extend MFP community and make make some friends here.
There it is, any comments?

    Welcome Back! To quote Nike "Just Do It" :happy: and I suggest just taking it one day at time doing the best you can at the present then repeat.

  • I also have been lacking some motivation lately. My weight is starting to creep up and my jeans are getting to tight. We can try to motivate and support each other.

    I started my weightloss with WW. It was a good way to learn about portion control. Once I had a good idea about portions and nutrition I added exercise. 2 years later and 75lbs lighter I feel great and I am doing things I never thought I could do, like run a half marathon.
