Journal every day and add some friends to your page to help keep you on track! This is my 2nd week on MFP... I really like it.0

you can click on search and find almost any topic you can think of......click on recent posts and answer someone's question, or ask your own, click on my topics and it takes you right to those things you last looked at or commented on....I just read as much as possible, and I believe it was under search that I found posts going back to 2007 on every possible topic you might wonder about....I've gotten some great answers and advice here , so just ask away. Im new to this too, but did a similar one with slimfast a couple yrs back....was a very successful weight loss challenge. Louise0

This site is full of wonderful tips, and many great helpful people. My advice is to log in daily, to help keep motivated. About the only negative thing is that there are sometimes some less-than-scientific theories that are put out there, so be careful to not believe everything you read. In other words, seperate the science from the .... unproven.
