  • I had never cooked with it until last week. I made a simple stir fry dish...rice, veggies, light soy, and I added tofu cut up in cubes for a low fat protein. Doesn't really add any flavor, just nutrition. At my grocery store it's in a section of the produce department where there are several specialty items. Good luck :)

  • In my experience its better to try and do a little something to help push past the soreness, but sometimes that easier said than done. You may also try soaking in a hot bath with epsom salts. Hope you have a Happy Easter!
