Getting back in it!

Uggghhh! I have become very frustrated with myself lately. I was doing so well and working consistently, but as usual life has a way of getting in the way. Work and school have stressed me out so much, I definitely fell off my tracking and workout routine. I'M GETTING BACK IN IT!!! Recommitting myself to my healthy lifestyle goals and to getting fit. My first biggest challenge is cutting out alcohol until the 4th of July. I'm not a huge drinker, but I do drink socially and the extra calories have been really counter productive to my goals. I am also considering joining weight watchers, my father is currently a member and asked me to join and go to meetings with him so we can support one another, I am seriously considering it. On MFP, I'm looking to make some new friends, because I definitely need the encouragement to keep going, So feel free to add me if you want to ;) Wish me luck!

    Alcohol is probably the biggest set back of my attempt at losing weight too! It's soo hard! Good luck to you!

    Hey I hear ya! I am in the same boat. I believe the frustration adds to the already stressful life. But I want to be back and as you stated live a healthy life style.

    Good for you for making some great decisions. Cutting out alcohol and knowing where your support is. The buddy system is a great-great advocate for success.. Good luck and maybe we can support each other if we start falling off the band wagon!

    Ditto for me too! I use to enjoy a glass of wine after dinner almost every evening. I love my wine so it's been hard to give it up, but I'm hoping it will be worth it. Good luck, we can do this! :)
