need motivation

I think it is one of those days when you do not want to do anything and just want to sit and eat.
I have been eating more than desired.
Need some motivation so that I don't fall off the wagon.

    It's gray and gloomy here - that always makes me want something warm and comforting. Hot mint green tea sometimes does the trick for me. Try filling in some of your reasons for wanting to lose weight or get in shape and see if that gives you some inspiration. Stick to your plan - you can do it, you just have to get over this one little hump and, doing so will make you feel so much stronger! Hang in there - we're all in this together and together we can do it!

    You can do it!!! Just remember how amazing you are and how you are doing on this great plan! :-) tomorrow is another day...don't let today be the end of it!

    if the wagon falls over .....just get out and put it back on its wheels!

    Don't feel bad...I'm having the same problem! Really think about everything you put in your mouth and try to reach for a healthier choices. I've been craving carbs a lot, but I grab a glass of V-8 vegetable juice, an apple or yogurt first and it usually helps curb the craving. You can talk yourself out of a really bad choice if you know you're going to be honest about what you're logging here on MFP. We're all in this together and want to get healthier...YOU CAN DO IT! :)

    I know what you mean. I felt that way yesterday. It seemed like i was starving every hour. So u have to trick your mind and snack on fruits and veggies. Just so it gets the feeling that ur eating. It is gloomy here in Ohio (our weather sucks always) and i know when the sun is shining it makes u want to get out and do things, but take one day at a time and if u mess up one day don't beat urself up over it. Just do better the next day. I hope u feel better!! Be ENCOURAGED!! YOUR DOING GREAT!!
