Regarding HCG, did you do the injections? Were you following Simeon's original protocol? Just wondering if you did the follow up weeks after the last HCG... Can't see your diary, but what is your carb intake like? Is that a place where you can cut, and add more lean protein?

Can you try chewing sugar free gum instead? It will keep your mouth busy, and you won't be obsessively popping tic tacs. I would definitely be concerned about the amount of sugar. BTW....congrats on kicking the smoking! :smokin:

Until you get in the groove of shopping without picking up extra snacks, is there an accountability partner that can shop with you...a friend/partner/etc?

Don't go to the store feeling hungry! Keep a stash of sugar free hard candy at home and/or in your car. Watch the quantiy you eat, because sugar free does not mean calorie free! But the sweetness may help curb your sweet tooth!

Thanks! I needed this today! I got on the scale and thought I'd be down at least a pound...turns out it was just 1/2 lb. But then I tried on a pair of jeans I haven't worn since the beginning of the year, and they fit great! I need to put my scale away and only weigh once every couple weeks. :flowerforyou:
