I quit binge drinking. It was pretty difficult for me after 10+ years of not skipping a day or night of drinking. But I had a free PT sesh at my old gym and he had me keep a two week log of food/drinks... We tallied up the calories and found out I was consuming more calories in alcohol and chasers than I was in food!

I think I mentioned in the OP that I was going to google too, just wanted some insight from people actively online to answer questions.. x.x A friend just went on a Gatorade run for me so will do. Elliptical is my machine of choice since January now. Paired with CICO and strength training I've lost almost 90 lbs. Some people say the machine does the work for you but I guess those people don't up the resistance or incline on the machine because according to my heart rate monitor I'M doing the work :)

I do 45-90 mins of cardio a day 6 days a week. I lift 3 days a week. But I'm also over 300 lbs and completely sedentary,the gym is my only form of exercise and also therapy for me because my home is insane lol.

Right now the empty wrappers from the candy I snuck in to see Mockingjay last night lol. Butterfinger bites, Andes, twizzler pull n peel, the soda cup that had my diet vanilla barq's. There's also an empty donut box in there, egg shells, banana peels and an empty yogurt container.

I've lost 87 lbs since January and I still can't always see it. Can't compare it to some of the local bakery grade cronuts I've had though. It had that fast food pastry taste to it.

I don't think there is anything wrong with switching your macros around based on what you think will help you. People just need to remember they're usually doing so not because carbs or fat or protein is bad but because they lack self control around them.
