I'm back up 1.2 lbs but it's okay. We celebrated hubby's birthday pretty much all week LOL. I'm actually not a big coffee drinker. But when im in the mood for the taste I drink it freshly ground and french pressed. Tastes so much better than any k-cup or package to me lol. I do use half&half, and liquid splenda, sometimes also a lil cinnamon.

Ahahah...if only housework kept someone in shape. I come from a large family, we had daily indoor/outdoor chores that were posted on the fridge. Lots of housework...and I still ended up over 400 lbs... lmao. If only.

I've lost 125 lbs on IIFYM. My typical responses are something along the lines of "You mad I can eat (insert food here) and still lose over 100 lbs/still have normal vitals?" if they're snarky when they say something to me. If they're more inquisitive than snarky, I explain to them what I'm doing and how it's working forβ¦

I do IIFYM/flexible dieting so I don't need a cheat day. If I want something, I'll make it fit after I've hit my micronutrients. If I go out with friends or go to a bday party or whatever, I don't consider it a cheat day, just life. 120 lbs down so far, and all my vitals are normal, so it's workin' for me.

What I really don't understand about all of this is they aren't vegan/vegetarian. It's not an ethics thing for them. But 90% of food is apparently "unhealthy" and they avoid entire food groups. Which is all well and good for them, I'm not going to step in they can do whatever they want when it comes to what they eat, butβ¦

Exactly. I just assumed that there must be SOME study out there that at least partially backs up what they believe is so wrong with cheese. But apparently there isn't or, if there is, no one has posted anything about one yet.

THANKYOU!! That's exactly what I was thinking, lol. It just irks me when people say "(insert food here) is bad/not meant for human consumption/unhealthy" etc and just LEAVE IT AT THAT with nothing else to go by but their word.

That's actually not a lot of sugar unless you have a metabolic disorder or somethin'. ^^ And looks good. I do something similar, but I use cashew milk and put all the ingredients in an almost empty jar of caramel almond butter UNNFFF ! <3

I won't be back for the mid-season premiere team. >_< I re-injured my back and I can't do any strength training til the dr clears me. I've been struggling with cardio. Still doing good with my eating habits so I'm still losing weight which is awesome, but It's been a struggle just to get the cardio in everyday and being inβ¦
