This. You need to eat. Your body requires nutrition in order to properly function. Don't look at the scale for a few weeks and just focus on healthy eating.

I love hummus with pretzels or baby carrots. I've also tried different variations of fruit to keep it from getting boring...I love cutting up apples with a little cinnamon and raisins and microwaving them for a quick baked apple. Also, frozen bananas make a good fake ice cream...

I dealt with similar situations with both of my parents. Other people trying to be "helpful" about my weight is what led to my eating disorder. Just DON'T.

I try my hardest to log EVERYTHING. Otherwise, I get in the habit of just skipping the "smaller" stuff....but that smaller stuff adds up fast.

I think you are eating too few calories. Have you calculated your TDEE? This is what has saved me. I'd bet your eating 300-400 less than you should be for optimum loss. Everyone else is right, though...it's only been a week...try to have patience (as hard as that is, I know! :smile: ) Good luck!
