Not sure but when I tore my ACL I couldn't bend my knee at all, horrible pain and swelling.

Way to go! I am on week 4 day 2. I too have never been a runner. Actually always hated it! Played sports, but never long distance running always felt the pain of shin splints! This program has really help build my confidence, I would have never have heard of it, if it wasn't for you guys!

I too would love to know the best route for this, so many options online not sure what is legit. I also wonder if a lot of evenings are required becasuse that is usually when people are free to train? I suppose early mornings as well.

New shoes I have two pair I alternate with and they are already two years old. They stability shoes and I have used them for the gym for kickboxing, etc. I guess time for running shoe! Good Luck everyone!

I have done her DVD many times I started out on my knees for push ups that seemed to help. Good Luck it gets easier!

Hi if your talking the Jillian Michaels that day shred dvd, I have done it many of times matter of fact I think I have it memorized! I started 2 years ago when I began my journey. It was a great kick start. I actually did the level two today becasue I couldn't get to the gym and it was raining out. Well worth the 15 bucks…

I too have always remained fairly active but eating and drinking too much! I have found this to be very helpful. It allows me to be aware of the calories I am taking in. As long as I am logging Iin!

If your gym offers a "boot camp" you might want to give that a try it is always different and never boring.
