I am on board... but I have been dry for almost 7 years now :) The same thing with soda.. I just stopped one day to see how many days I could go without a diet soda (I HAD to have one everyday) and well, I just kept going, lol! I think it's been about 5 years for soda now. Now it's usually just water and coffee. :)

I would start to add in some weight training. Heavy weights will not make you bigger. :)

Hi! I JUST signed up for Les Mills On Demand. I use to use the program at the gym but now that I workout at home, I just signed up for one year. I have done a couple of the classes and I love it!! My only regret was not getting it sooner when this whole pandemic started. I mix mine up with weight training to though. :)

If you call gaining weight during quarantine a bulk, then yes, I am cutting after a bulk, lol! :D

I wear gloves... if I don't, I get really bad calluses on my palms. I still get them with gloves but it's just not as bad.

For me personally, I used the nicotine patches. I smoked for a long time and tried many times to quit. I only used the patches for a max of a month. It really helped with the cravings so that I could break the habit. Smoking while driving and coffee was the hardest but the patch made it easy (at least for me). Then I…

For me, that would kind of depend. Are they new? They may have gotten into that field and studied it because they wanted to better themselves too. I mean, maybe they were much heavier and already lost a bunch of weight. But that's just my opinion. :)
