According to their website, it is indeed gluten free... http://www.bodybyvishape.com/

I have. They said my NB's were great (which is what I showed up in) and just needed the inserts for my arches. He did say the only one they could do better with was a pair of Brooks. But that's all they had in their store, so I do not believe in shoe stores and their opinions. :)

I enjoy running and for most runners that I've encountered, they enjoy the time to themselves, being free out in the open, not reportable to anyone but themselves. It's liberating. Completing my first 5K not even two weeks ago (on a whim) and doing another one this weekend, then a third two weeks after that, is…

Here's a good website for breastfeeding and there's a link there for guidelines while dieting. IMO, you should count 300-500 extra calories burned for breastfeeding and need to replace that. Also drink lots of more water than the necessary 8 cups. :) HTH http://www.kellymom.com/nutrition/mom/mom-calories-fluids.html

I lost the most weight ever on WW two years ago after having my third baby, while breastfeeding. I'm almost to that point again, but through MFP only, not WW. Like a pp, the point system was too much to keep up with. But IMO, it works. :)

I agree with your post. People everywhere are pretty hateful when trying to push their own opinions, bash another person for their way of thinking, or quick to tell someone that they're doing it wrong. Not just in religion or weight loss as you have mentioned, but in every aspect of life.

Sometimes I don't skip days. I am on week 5 & find running rather enjoyable (even through the shin splints) On my days off I do videos at home, Jillian Michaels, Insanity, Chalean Extreme. Right now I am in love with Chalean Extreme. Hardly any cardio, but lots of sweating and I LOVE that! Also, pilates or yoga could be…

Wow! Amazing results! Good job!

Oh I should mention, that after this 5K this weekend, it's addicting... so my goal is to complete one 5K per month for the months of Oct, Nov, Dec, and Jan. 10K Feb & Mar, and 1/2 Marathon in April...

I just stumbled upon this thread! I completed week 5 day 1 of C25K. I am thinking of not using the program anymore, cause I'm finding that I really just want to keep going. I ran my first 5 K ever on a whim (literally found and registered for it one day before it happened) It was so incredible I came home and found another…

For the midsection, I would do Jillian Michaels 6w 6p. For overall toning I would recommend Chalean Extreme, and also pilates (for dummies is my favorite) Good luck! Also, running if you have a jogging stroller. :)

Congrats!!!!!

Fast Five. I absolutely love Vin Diesel in Fast & Furious, but all the other movies after that one just really sucked. I thought for sure Fast Five would as well. I was wrong. There were parts of it that were rather stupid, but I actually enjoyed it. Not really loved, but did enjoy.

CD says Nebraska. My radio station here in Oklahoma says Oklahoma.

For clothes, just weather appropriate. 5Ks are generally in the am before it warms up. I would recommend either a pair of capri or full length active pants, a great fitting sports bra or 2, and a short sleeve, or long sleeve shirt. No jacket. You'll warm up really fast, and having a sleeve (short or long) you can wipe the…

Do it!!! I just did my first 5K on Saturday (Race for the Cure) and it was freaking amazing! I jogged most of it, walked slightly, but did it with two other people. Held me up some. But it got me started, and I am addicted! I must say being surrounded by all the fellow runners was so motivational. And afterwards watching…

Awesome! Thanks for sharing! It'd be great if you could post a pic of the finished product too. :)

Most of the time my phone (Words with friends, MFP, and FB) Sometimes the laptop, especially if I'm chatting or shopping online, and sometimes a book.

To be rich. :)

For movies? Harry Potter

Totally fine, as long as you prepare it. Eat low cal high protein filling foods during the day, and drink low cal drinks. :) I do the same. In fact everyday that I have calories left, I drink.

It has always been on concrete or the treadmill. I can look for some running trails or even the high school foot ball field perhaps.

I did talk to a professional at the shoe store, and was measured, fitted, and "examined" while walking. So I got on one machine where it measured something, then another that had little comb bristle like things that I guess measured my arches, then I was watched as I walked to see where I landed. The professional…

Also skinny girl margarita, but I haven't found a bar that has it, so it's usually just an at home drink.
