I've learned that olive oil can catch you by surprise..... Just 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil is 120 calories!

I chew a piece of peppermint gum after I eat... it wipes out the craving to go back for seconds. Also a cup of tea after you eat will really fill you up.

Beginner Pilates is listed under the cardio section. Not sure how accurate the numbers are though...

You can definitely detox without fasting.... if you google "detox foods" it will give you all sorts of "ok" foods to eat while cleansing out your system. Mainly nuts, beans, brown rice, fruits, and veggies, and herbal tea. This way you don't go into starvation mode. Good luck!

I have found that taking a multi enzyme helps with digestion and bloating. You can find them at the grocery store in the vitamin aisle.
