My idea

Options
So i plan on fasting for 14 days But it is not for weight loss.
I want to clear my body and start over fresh with healthy foods.

I made sure i could and that my body is ready. I start tomorrow but i'm having second guesses? Is this a good idea.

    did someone suggest this? why not just stop eating processed foods today and start healthy tomorrow?

    You can definitely detox without fasting.... if you google "detox foods" it will give you all sorts of "ok" foods to eat while cleansing out your system. Mainly nuts, beans, brown rice, fruits, and veggies, and herbal tea. This way you don't go into starvation mode. Good luck!

    What do you consider fasting? Not eating at all just drinking or what? That is sooo unhealthy. Detox's really aren't necessary if you just eat clean your body will detox all on its own :happy: I don't think thats a very good idea, just my opinion though...
