I’ve always kept a pretty fit body, and was able to get most of it back after having a baby. Cue getting pregnant with twins.... I’m sure everyone thought I’d never come back from that (especially me!) But I’m stubborn, and had something to prove. Still working on toning up my belly, but I’m back to pre-pregnancy weight…

Whipped cream cheese on my sandwiches. It replaces mayo AND cheese and tastes delicious. Saves so many calories! And seltzer.

Good job, mama! Wondering if you had diastasis recti? I’m 6.5 months post partum with twins and have been working on closing the gap. Feeling like it’s mostly closed but unsure of when it’s safe to start a larger variety of ab work.

V8 VFusion Energy. I drank them while I was pregnant and breastfeeding with no adverse reactions from the baby. It has 80mg of caffeine from green tea. Plus you get extra vitamins from the fruits and veggies in it. The peach mango is my favorite!

I replace mayo and cheese on my sandwich with Lucerne whipped cream cheese (w/ chives). Tastes delicious and satisfies that mayo craving :)

Try a harness where the leash hooks in the front (at the chest) not on top (between the shoulder blades). This made a HUGE difference when we were leash training our lab-pit mix. By having the leash hook in the front it doesn't allow them to pull, because if they do it just turns them sideways and they don't make any…

I always cut it in half and cook it face down on a cookie sheet. My favorite way to prepare it is with sauteed onion, garlic, tomato, and mushrooms. Just saute the veggies in a little bit of extra virgin olive oil and toss them in the spaghetti squash with some feta cheese. Soooooo good!

Maybe a jump rope... it's small and easy to pack if you can find some space to do it.
