  • I hit my "goal weight" two months ago and have since started to fall back into bad habits. We are moving (the 2nd of July actually!) and I have serious stress eating tendencies. I've been trying to keep them under control and even went for a run this morning but with summer vacation for my daughter I haven't been getting…
  • Summer reading list bookmarked!
  • Good morning My Fitness Pal :)
  • Congratulations. You look amazing! I'm kind of in love with that swim suit.
  • I'm in. I'm also going to catch up on yesterdays challenge.
  • I'm interested in playing too but my March 1st is basically already over. I'll step on the scale and start a month of Jillian abuse tomorrow :)

  • Today's is finished, as well as 50 push ups from yesterday.
  • I'm in but I'm counting the 30 I did for gym class this morning!
  • I'm in. Finished all in 15 minutes with the last 40 push ups I was missing from yesterdays challenge.
  • Finished yesterdays challenge and I'm in for today's as well. First set = 22 push ups before my arms were too shaky to continue.
  • It's been too long. I'm in.
  • Your plan sounds like a very healthy approach - I think I'm going to use it too. I need to figure out how much I can eat during the day but also to ween myself from the website, not completely but so that I can eat healthily without needing it. "Slow and steady" and "baby steps" and all that.
  • You have done amazing and should be very proud of yourself! I didn't finish nearly as well as I wanted to but I can't complain. tarting weight: 150 Week 1: 147 Week 2: 146 Week 3: 143.7 Week 4: 144 Week 5: out of town Week 6: 142 Week 7: 142 Week 8: 141 Week 9: 140 Week 10: 141 Week 11: 138 Week 12: 137 Current weight: 137…

  • The picture of you wearing your old jeans is fantastic! Congratulations :)
  • My "loss" for this week is really only .2lbs but I usually hold off on about a pound every week to see if it actually sticks (for example, if I lose 2lbs I might only log 1 of them just in case the other is water weight/magic). It's still off this week plus the .2 so I'll count it. It's all mind games but I've found that…
  • We had to have posted these at almost the exact same time :)
  • I spread these out over the day but I got them finished.
  • "it is important that we take breaks during this weight loss thing so we can make it part of our lives not let it take over our entire lives" Agreed! If it's not sustainable then we might as well be on the newest fad diet. I forgot about my car having an overheating issue (we were about an hour out of town when we had to…
  • Does your scale show you exactly what you've lost? I just use the wii fit board because we don't actually own a scale and it will tell me the exact pounds lost. I usually round up or down depending on how close I am but sometimes knowing I worked hard and only having a 1 pound loss is depressing ... seeing that .4 or .6…
  • Let me correct that: ~I~ don't ski anymore. I've found it hurts when you fall. Instead my daughter skis and I make my husband hike the trails with me. It's also easier to take photos when you don't have sticks attached to your feet. ;) Have a good week!
  • I use this page: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/body-fat-percentage-calculator ... for body fat% and this page: http://www.livestrong.com/article/501467-how-to-calculate-muscle-mass-percentage/ ... for muscle mass%. They aren't as accurate as a scale or a few different options but it's easy to do from home.
  • Thanks! You're doing wonderful! With all the holiday/New Year left overs still everywhere you look I am impressed at your 3lbs loss. I'm really having a problem not focusing so completely on the numbers of the scale. At 141 I am at a healthy bmi and I know the weight is sustainable and I FEEL so much better than I did just…

  • I started MFP in March (2011) at 184lbs (high weight of 186). I am currently 141lbs and am pretty happy with this weight. My "goal" weight was written down as 130 but in my head it's always been 135 (because the last few pounds are the hardest to lose so obviously I won't have problems until after 135 - right?). At this…
