Thursday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Push-ups

Let's see if we can do 100.


Do them the hardest way you can and make sure you follow proper form which ever way you decide to do them.

The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

My challenges are open to all. You can log these as calisthenics.

    Yea!!!! I did it!!!! I couldn't do them all at once but I broke them up and got them done. Can't wait for Fridays challenge.

    hahaha......just finished the "30 day shred" level 1 day 2......my push-ups are done for the day:)

    Now, it's to walk 5 miles with Leslie Sansone and spend some time on the treadmill program 5 of level 1 with the ifit trainer.....maybe 6 & 7 depends on how I feel after walking with Leslie.
