Certified nurses aide. Well.. theres a lot I like.. Helping the residents.. I go shopping for them. and I train new Cnas. It's hard work but def a lot of fun!

Alright sorry I haven't posted.. had to work 16 hours saturday (CNA) and then yesterday after work I went to a reception for my cousins wedding.. busy busy! cant wait for monday!!!!

SW (6/01): 169 Wk1 (6/05): 169 Wk2 (6/12): Wk3 (6/19): Wk4 (6/26): Wk5 (6/30 In the middle of the week i ended up going up to 171 but i brought it back down to 169 yesterday... so even tho it doesn't look like i lost weight i gained and then lost again... Try harder this week!!

well i did jumping rope for awhile and then got pissed cuz i kept tripping and it kept slapping my back.... i tried ab works out and omg.. i just suck at that too.... guess the only exercise im going to do it running/ bike riding... how lame..

Im pretty sure mine is set at 1250. Its hard but I motivate myself to workout because then I get more calories added to my plate! plus drinking a lot of cold water helps with not being hungry. Veggies are also low on calories so if you add more veggies it'll take longer to get to ur calorie goal! feel free to add me!

HI! Im Brittany.. I have a two year old son. He's my inspiration! I just really want to feel good about myself again! my current weight is 169. Im' going to try to lose 30 pounds by Labor day too! Good luck to everyone who joins!
