I have 3 meals and 2-3 snacks, I cant go long without eating , love my food too much ..

afternoon everyone :) im vick , 27 from the uk . ive lost 31lb since January and have another 29lb to go & recently joined the gym .

im a slow loser , always have been , the only time I lost weight quickly was went I spent a month in hospital with no food . I have mananged to lose 31lb since January . I wish I could lose it quicker but as they say slow and steady is best

thanks everyone . I always log all my food and drink so I wont forget to add the milk , I just tried it with water today and think it might be a bit nicer with milk

I have a fitbit flex and love it. I like knowing how many steps I'm doing but I do agree with everyone there are lots of different ones on the market so look around if you haven't already

I spend at least 4-5 hours at the gym every week doing cardio/weights . I'm not expecting any miracles from a drink or anything

I weigh daily . its a habit and I can't shake it . I don't get hung up on the number but I couldn't do it weekly or monthly

I focus on calories . always seems to work for me . I keep and eye on everything else as well
