sara lee 45 calorie per slice bread in whole wheat or multigrain. its low cal, low fat, low carb and good amount of fiber to minus from carbs which is always a plus :) its a bit more expensive, but with a lot of cut outs in your diet as in me, i make an effort to buy it. i buy in multi grain :)

took one yr to lose almost 60 lbs, and have kept it off for almost 4 yrs so far. working on the next 60 :)

i use peter pan honey roasted, a splenda french vanilla sweetener in it, lots of ice, and sometimes a banana if we have some. it is sooo yummy tasting its ridiculous.

once i started using lotion, usually the 4-5 day mark i would, i just didnt want to deal with the ointment part. it was fine no worries.

ive tried both, and right now im chosing body by vi just b/c its cheaper and yes you can make different flavors than you can with shakology. but both are good in my opinion. just body by vi is more realistic for my wallet :)

i have a diet or coke zero something diet drink every 3 hours. i use it as a tool to not eat lol. but between the 3 hrs i drink around a liter of water so i still get both in cuz water is very important. but yeah, i just use it as a tool atm to help me not eat.

get it, its a good program. its fun and well your going to be sore. i love it its my choice of exercise 95% of the time now. and i just did it like 15 minutes ago actually lol...my profile pic is of me just like 10 minutes after a workout and im beet sunburnt red lol from it. its a wonderful investment :)

i try and do turbo jam at least 3x a week and ima start soon on the weekends the 30 day shred. i wanna get in the habit of working out most days if not everyday for at least 20 minutes. lovee turbo jam :)

you can still do the 30 day shred if you want, just when she makes you do jumping jacks or any kind of high impact movement do the movement for your arms as if you were doing jumping jacks and instead of jumping, do squats. modify it for you. i have really bad snap crackle pop ankles from rolling, spraining, twisting…

i eat most of the time an hr after i wake up, i usually get hungry. but i wouldnt call it breakfast cuz sometimes i wake up at 11-12 lol. soooooo i just try and eat every 3-5 hours.
