I quit using mine, gave it to one of my kids. I'm using a Pebble currently and the Misfit app on that. Works better than the loop ever did.

Just be grateful that the things you want to improve about yourself are a work in progress. They need improvement on the inside, which is a far less likely achievement to ever be realized. Just keep doing you.

Total number of sets per day looks ok. Breakdown looks ok. But where is your progression? How are you determining your weights and when to add weight? Are you after size or strength? This is most definitely a hypertrophy setup with all the volume involved (as previously mentioned). Most of the bb.com community will steer…

Have not noticed any issue with that. What I have noticed is that it looks like you put a phone number in for your username. Probably not a great idea.

I just changed my battery in my H7 3 days ago. Just used the edge of a rounded key...turned it a bit and it pops right open. If its stuck after turning if you just apply some pressure to one edge the other should pop up. Its a 30 second replacement job. First time I've had to replace mine in 6 months and I use it daily.

While I admire and share your same goal, you may want to reconsider this until you are closer to your target. Running generates an incredible amount of impact on your joints and feet, magnified to the nth degree when severely overweight. Risk of injury or damage to the muscular/skeletal structure is pretty high. For me, my…

Dreadmill routine = Use if all else fails. Dust off bi-weekly.

iOS health apps are the likely culprit for double postings. If Flow is syncing to health and to MFP, and then health is updating MFP....double post. Disable one or the other....I quit allowing health to update most stuff, just use it to gather data.
-
As of the most recent update, the Flow app now syncs activity with MFP. I'm testing it for the first time today. I got a bit frustrated with inconsistency in the Flow-MMF-MFP sync'ing and switched back to manual entry, that and iOS wasn't cooperating either and double posting stuff when it shouldn't have been. We'll see…

I have a personal timeline of pics...I wouldn't show them to the world for anything. That being said, they will become priceless motivation to you and reassurance that your hard work is paying off. Accept it, you're not where you want to be. Now, get there. You can do it.

Holy crap, its about freaking time.

Down about 50 pounds. Still a long ways to go, but was going through old pictures and saw this and was quite shocked.

Hey all, new here as well. Goals this week...keeping it simple...back on track after holiday damage control. * Log all food every day (starting yesterday, been reallllly bad about logging lately) * Excercise 6 days (60 min session) * No Splurging, no 'unapproved' snacking * Saturday Morning Hike

Hey new here. Sitting at 304 as of this morning. Started out at 348 in July. Was as low as 302 a couple of weeks ago but yeah..holidays happened. The 2's are right around the corner!

Started with about 160 to lose, at about 110 now...always willing to add new friends for the journey.

No clue, I would contact Polar.

New Ink, for my chest and back which I otherwise would never have subjected my artist to with having to deal with.

Congrats. Funny how what seem like trivial things can really put into perspective the things we have accomplished. Be proud, you deserve it.

This woman, was someone's mother, and someone's grandmother and assuredly a friend to many. Like her or not, at least give her the respect of a human being.

Yes, you have to use MapMyFitness also. If you sync your Loop with MapmyFitness and then sync Mapmyfitness with MFP it works fine. I only do this for workouts, not for daily steps. The categories it reports for exercise to MFP is often wrong, but that is an issue between MFP and MMF, not the Loop.
-
Hey welcome to the group. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Its fairly straight forward but there are a couple less than intuitive things about it..like...sync'ing with MFP. :)
-
It will sync to them, but only one at a time. If I'm treadmilling or something stationary, I sync the H7 with my Loop, if I am outside actually moving I'll sync with my phone so I can take the data straight to MMF. If during that workout I accidentally hold my wrist up by the HRM transmitter for long enough for them to…

Nine currently I think. Don't regret a single one as they are all symbols of where I was on that day or at that point in my life. Favorite? That's easy. The ones I haven't gotten yet. That getting ink'd feeling....nothing quite like it.

Inspirational. Thank you for sharing.

Wow, completely amazing. Love this story, motivation immediately increased! Congrats!
-
Congrats man, what a great week for you. Sent you a FR if you are interested.

Did you read the instructions? It comes with instructions to trim it to fit specifically your wrist and the tools to do it with. Failure to read instructions doesn't make it a crappy product.

I currently have a Jawbone UP24 and am looking at HRM's as I don't like the way it is integrating with MFP nor do I trust the burns it is calculating. I am trying to decide whether to go with just a bluetooth enabled strap like the Polar HT7 or to go with a strap/watch type combo so that I can actively see the heart rate…

That was a little bit harsh. But yes based on the stories and discussion here there are lots of people with great success. Nothing comes easy and its all about hard work and discipline. My major take from MFP (only a week in so far) is the great community and the tremendous support offered by it.
